Remarks:

    The above prices are nett per cottage per night inclusive of Breakfast, Tax & Service for 2 pax.
    Single or Double is the same price.
    Please be notify that our Superior Cottage and Deluxe Cottages have been designed for 2 pax stay. However, third person or children 7 years up will be charged an extra bed price Children less than 6 years sharing bed with parent are free of charge except paying the breakfast of 120 Baht / Day.

Transportation :

    From Krabi airport or bus station – Rai Lay Bay Resort ( Maximun 5 Person/Van/Way) 1,000 Baht.
    From Phuket airport – Rai Lay Bay Resort ( Maximun 5 person/Van/Way) 2,500 Baht.

Compulsory Gala Dinner :

    Christmas Eve (Dec 24): Adult 1,500 Baht / Adult / and 800 Baht / Child 7 - 12 Years.
    New Year Eve (Dec 31): Adult 1,500 Baht / Adult / and 800 Baht / Child 7 - 12 Years.

Cancellation Policy :

    Peak season : less than 30 days (not inc. Sat, Sun and Public Holiday ) - 1 night charge
    Low season : less than 7 days (not inc. Sat, Sun and Public Holiday ) - 1 night charge
    Cancellation before deadline is subjected to 10% charge of card fee and Tax.
    No show & Early check out : 1 night charged will be applied.
    Check out time : 11:00 A.M. check out after 16:00 - 1 Night
