Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have
booked with has different terms and conditions to those stated below.
Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the
policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly if this is the
case with your booking.

Reduction
of Length to Stay : If you need to shorten your
booking during your stay, you must contact our office advise us
as early as possible.Our
office will inform the reservation desk at the hotel as well as
our resort hotel's office, to receive. If the hotel charge us
for your remaining nightly we will also, where as if the hotel
do not charge us we will not charge you. In addition a 5 percent
administration fee will be applied of your remaining stay.
Extension
of Stay : If, after your arrival, you wish to
extend your stay at the same or different hotel, please contact
our office as early as possible.
No
Show Policy on Peak Season
: If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival
date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your
booking, this is classed as a No Show. In this case, full charge
of your total booking cost will be applied.
