Located on railay beach in Krabi province of Thailand provide maximum comfort with 130 rooms
of 7 different types catered. We can guarantee a wonderful stay a our resort, the resort is set
in lush gardens stretching from west to east Railay with plenty of coconut trees and tropical fauna placed between our bungalows and walkways to ensure that you will never find yourself in less
than beautiful surroundings.
Since we have completed our renovations, the resort’s rooms and suites are the perfect place to relax after a fun filled day. Our 3 suites overlook the pristine ocean and the white sand beach. The other room categories are located perfectly among the landscaped gardens. The attention to detail and our amenities in our rooms will surely provide a comfortable experience during your stay.
Each room is fully equipped with guest controlled air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, cable television, IDD telephone, and a personal in-room safe. The marble bathroom features a separate shower and a bath.
Resort Announcement:-
According to the largest renovation project, construction is still work in progress at our neighbor hotel as “Sand Sea Resort”
They plan to renovate the property in the schedule as below:-
Date: 21st April – 15th December, 2012
Operation hour: 08.00 a.m.-8.00 p.m.
Meanwhile, our sister resort Railay Princess Budget Wing
(Formally name Ya Ya Resort) will be renovated start on 1st May, 2012.
During this renovation period, we are operation all services as usual.
The construction noise may have been effected your stay as the operation time state above. Especially, Railay Deluxe Room, Railay Restaurant.
For our most valued guests that choose to maintain their reservation at our resort, we would be more than happy to provide our special room rates and promotion as shown on our website.

Room Policy
: Construction and renovation will be effected those who stay during period 1st May, 2012-15 December, 2012. Working time at 08.00 a.m.-8.00 p.m. Please kindly inform your guest, resort won’t be able to take any responsibilities or compensation due to “Construction issue”
- All rooms are available based on first-come-first serve
- Check in time at 02.00 pm.
- Check out time at 11.30 am.
- Late check out up to 6.00 pm. A 50 %charge
- For any check out after 06.00 pm will be charged full amount
- Check in prior 02.00 pm is subject to availability.
Children’s concessions
- Children under 4 years sharing parents ‘s room without extra bed, no additional charge for bedding and breakfast
- Children 5-9 years sharing parents’ room without extra bed, no additional charge for bedding. Breakfast 50 %
- Children 10-12 Years might add extra bed
Cancellation
A No show charge of 1 night room rate will be charged for all reservation made which do not materialize ,
unless cancellation is received in writing email, fax within specified period
No show / Early Check out / Late cancellation on peak season period are full-charged.
 Peak season : less than 30 days (not inc. Sat, Sun and Public Holiday ) - 1 night charge
High season : less than 20 days (not inc. Sat, Sun and Public Holiday ) - 1 night charge
Low season : less than 7 days (not inc. Sat, Sun and Public Holiday ) - 1 night charge
Cancellation before deadline is subjected to 10% charge of card fee and Tax.
No show & Early check out : 1 night charged will be applied.
Check out time : 11:00 A.M. check out after 16:00 - 1 Night
Peak Season policy :
Guest must stay at least 4 nights during the peak season ( No departure on 31 December permitted).
All rates are quoted in Thai baht and included 10 % service charge and 7 % V.A.T.
- Extra bed (Sofa Bed ) Supplement charges THB 1,300 including breakfast
- Airport Transfer one way from Krabi Airport - Resort Van& boat Maximum 6 persons THB 1,500.-

- Guest who stays in Railay Garden pool villas room is inclusive of round trip transfer from/to Krabi international airport (Minimum 3 nights stay required)
- Guest who stays in railay suite beach front and railay suite cottages room are inclusive of transfer service round trip from / to Krabi international airport – resort (Minimum 3 nights stay( Not applicable on green Season)
- Railay Deluxe cottage and railay Deluxe Double room are maximum 2 guest Accommodated only.
